Purpose: We use your data to evaluate your company's suitability as a ScanCargo partner and to communicate with you about your application.
Recipients: Your data is accessed by our authorised personnel responsible for partner onboarding and IT administration. We do not share your personal data with third parties except where required by law or where our IT service providers are bound by data processing agreements.
Retention: We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to evaluate your application and, if successful, for the duration of our business relationship. If your application is rejected, your data is retained for 24 months and then deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights: You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, and data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at hsn@scancargolog.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
